SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Processing time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipments may be delayed by a few days due to a high volume of orders.

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us at our sites email as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.

  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

  • All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. Shipments may ship in multiple packages. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.  Shipments may ship separately.

Return & Refund Policy

Changed your mind about your purchase or dissatisfied with the product? No problem!

 

Returns

Our policy permits 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

​

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@posturecollection.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

​

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

​

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

​

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Disclaimer: Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. 

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, we do offer refunds. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received you returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
